Run sheet · ~6 weeks, then ongoing

Grow a company LinkedIn page

“Our page posts when someone remembers to, and nobody reads it.”

A team with a page, no system, and no idea what to post on Monday.

  1. You end up withA wedge statement the page can repeat all year.

  3. Week 206 · The surface map2 min read

You end up withOne job for the page, written down, separate from the founder profile.

    template · Surface map

  4. You end up withA weekly playbook post that teaches one job and hands over a checklist.

template · LinkedIn playbook post outline

  5. Ongoing12 · Operating cadence3 min read

You end up withA Friday review: what shipped, what moved, keep or kill.

    template · ICE scoring sheet

You're done when

  • The page ships weekly without anyone chasing it.
  • Comments come from buyers, not from your own team.
  • Someone outside the company has re-shared a checklist you published.

It's not working if

  • Reach is up but nobody in the comments could ever buy from you.
  • Every post needs a founder rewrite before it goes out.
  • You can't name the job the last post was teaching.

Everything you'll copy in this track

Steal this · Wedge statement

Fill this in. One sentence each, no adjectives.

Everyone in [category] assumes: ______________
We think that's wrong because: ______________
So we do this instead: ______________
Which means [buyer] finally gets: ______________
The people who won't like this: ______________

Test: read the last line out loud. If nobody would object, the wedge is too safe.

Steal this · Voice rules (one page)

We sound like: ______________
We never sound like: ______________

Words we use: ______________
Words we ban: ______________

How we open: ______________
How we handle bad news: say what happened, what we're doing, when we'll update.

Before publishing, cut:
- every adjective doing no work
- every sentence you'd never say out loud
- the first paragraph (it's almost always throat-clearing)

Steal this · Surface map

One row per surface you actually maintain. Delete the ones nobody owns.

Surface | Job it does | What good looks like | Who owns it
LinkedIn page | | |
Founder LI | | |
Homepage | | |
Email | | |
Docs / changelog| | |

Rule: one job per surface. If two surfaces have the same job, kill one.

Steal this · LinkedIn playbook post outline

Hook: the job they're stuck on, in their words.
Wrong default: what most teams do instead, and why it feels safe.
The play: what you do instead, in one sentence.
The steps: 5 numbered, each one doable this week.
Steal this: the checklist, template or script, pasted in full.
Question: ask the one thing operators will argue about.

Then: reply to every comment with something useful, not "thanks!".

Steal this · ICE scoring sheet

Experiment | Impact 1-10 | Confidence 1-10 | Ease 1-10 | ICE | Owner | Ship by
           | | | | | |

ICE = (Impact + Confidence + Ease) / 3. Run the top three. Nothing else.

Friday review, 20 minutes:
- What shipped?
- What did it move? (one number)
- Keep, kill, or double?

Run it yourself with the sheet above.

Or I run this track with you - same steps, I do the work.
