I write the plays & ship them.
Everything in the playbook is free to steal. These are the four things people hire me to run instead: their LinkedIn, their company page, their launch, and the words on their homepage.
LinkedIn ghostwriting
Who it's forFounders and CEOs who know their thinking should be public but never get to the writing.
- Weekly posts written in your voice, from your calls, notes and product work
- A comment strategy: who you reply to, what a useful reply looks like
- A monthly performance note - what travelled, what didn't, what we change
- Cadence
- 2-4 posts a week, one 30-minute call a month
- Outcome
- A steady pipeline of attention and inbound from people who already trust you.
- Sample deliverable
- A month of posts drafted from one 45-minute conversation.

Company LinkedIn page system
Who it's forTeams whose company page posts whenever someone remembers to.
- Positioning for the page - what it is for and who it talks to
- Content pillars tied to the jobs your buyers actually have
- A 30/60/90 calendar and a posting SOP your team can run without me
- Cadence
- Three weeks to build, then handover
- Outcome
- The page compounds on its own and nobody is guessing what to post on Monday.
- Sample deliverable
- The posting SOP, written so a new hire can run it in week one.

Launch / Product Hunt sprint
Who it's forTeams with a launch date and no plan for the days around it.
- Pre-launch assets: the hook, the page, the posts, the DM scripts
- A launch-day plan by the hour - who posts what, who you ping, in what order
- A follow-up content loop so the launch keeps working the week after
- Cadence
- Two to three weeks, ending on launch day
- Outcome
- A launch that lands and keeps paying out instead of a one-day spike.
- Sample deliverable
- The launch-day run sheet from a shipped Product Hunt launch.
Rather run it yourself? The free run sheet for this - same steps, you do the work.
Positioning & messaging rewrite
Who it's forProducts that are good but sound like everything else in the category.
- The wedge - the sharp angle that makes distribution easy
- A rewritten homepage hero and your LinkedIn About
- Three outbound scripts built on the same wedge
- Cadence
- One week, two working sessions
- Outcome
- One sentence everyone on the team can say, and copy that uses it everywhere.
- Sample deliverable
- Before/after of a homepage hero and the wedge behind it.
Rather run it yourself? The free run sheet for this - same steps, you do the work.

Grow a LinkedIn page by publishing tactical playbooks
This is the engine behind the page system. Pick one painful job your buyers have, publish the play that fixes it, and reply to every comment with something useful. The full method is written out in the playbook, free.

Questions people ask first
- What does it cost?
- Audit is $500, the two-week sprint is $5,000. Ghostwriting is a monthly retainer, the page system, launch sprint and positioning rewrite are project fees - they depend on scope, so tell me what you need and I'll quote in the reply.
- How fast do you start?
- I reply within 24 hours. Audits are delivered in 3 days. Ghostwriting starts the week after our first call.
- Who actually writes?
- I do. There's no junior team behind this and nothing goes out that I didn't write.
- How does voice-matching work?
- One recorded conversation, plus whatever you've already written or said publicly. First week is drafts with notes so you can correct me fast. By week three you stop editing much.
- Should I just do it myself?
- Often, yes - that's why the whole playbook is free and every play ends with three steps you can run this week. Hire me when the bottleneck is time, not knowledge. Start with the playbook.
